These terms apply to the IBP Clinics website and the related appointment services offered by Institution-Based Private Practice (IBPP), Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad, including operational SMS and WhatsApp messaging.

Appointment service only

The service helps users find consultants and request available appointment slots. It does not provide emergency care, medical diagnosis, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Booking information and availability

You must provide accurate information and use the service only for yourself or a person you are authorized to represent. Appointment availability comes from the central IBPP schedule and may change because of consultant availability, hospital operations, emergencies, or administrative requirements. A booking is confirmed only when the service displays or sends a confirmation.

Fees, cancellation, and rescheduling

Any displayed consultant fee or schedule is informational and may be corrected by authorized hospital staff. Cancellation or rescheduling must use the available portal, support, or WhatsApp process and remains subject to current slot availability and hospital rules.

Messaging consent

By providing a mobile number and requesting an appointment, you authorize operational messages needed to verify, confirm, update, remind, reschedule, or cancel the appointment. Marketing messages are not authorized by these terms.

Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and verification codes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with booking inventory, submit false or harmful information, impersonate another person, automate abusive requests, or use the service in violation of applicable law or hospital policy.

Consultant information and clinical care

Consultant profiles and schedules are maintained from authorized hospital records. Clinical advice, treatment decisions, prescriptions, and outcomes are the responsibility of the treating healthcare professional and patient, not the appointment software.

Service changes and availability

IBPP may maintain, secure, correct, suspend, or update the service and these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to keep appointment information available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
