Book an IBP appointment
Use the consultant directory to search by consultant name, specialty, clinic or service. Open the approved consultant profile to review the available information, schedule and consultation fee, then select Book Appointment.
Before you submit
• Enter an active mobile number that you can access.
• Confirm the patient name and contact details carefully.
• Select only a date and time shown as available.
• Review the consultant, clinic location and appointment details before submission.
What happens next
Your request is recorded as Pending. The IBP reception team will review it and may confirm, reschedule, reject or cancel the request according to availability. Keep your appointment reference for follow-up and check My Appointments for the latest status.
Arrival guidance
Please arrive early enough for registration and bring any relevant prescriptions, investigation reports and previous medical records. A published schedule can change because of clinical or institutional requirements, so confirm the latest appointment status before travelling.
Urgent care
Online appointment booking is not an emergency service. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, contact the appropriate emergency service or attend the Emergency Department immediately.
