Quality and Patient Safety

Shared steps that support safe, respectful and well-coordinated IBP care.

Correct patient information Provide the patient’s correct name, active mobile number and relevant medical information. Staff may ask you to confirm identifying details at more than one point to support safe care. Clear communication Tell the healthcare team about symptoms, medicines, allergies, previous treatment and any difficulty understanding instructions. Ask questions if advice, follow-up or medication directions are unclear. Safe records and privacy Keep verification codes and appointment references private. Use the official portal and authorized hospital contacts. Patient information should be accessed only by authorized people for legitimate care and operational purposes. Infection prevention Follow current hospital instructions on hand hygiene, respiratory precautions, visitor limits and use of protective equipment. If you have symptoms of an infectious illness, inform the clinic before arrival when possible. Feedback and concerns Constructive feedback helps improve services. Use the official feedback or complaint channel so the concern can be recorded, reviewed and followed up through the appropriate process.
