Preparing for your visit
Bring your identification, appointment reference and any documents relevant to your care. These may include prescriptions, laboratory results, imaging reports, discharge summaries and a written list of medicines you currently use.
At the clinic
Please confirm the patient name and contact number at reception. Follow staff guidance for registration, waiting areas and consultation rooms. Appointment times help organize the clinic, but emergency clinical duties may occasionally affect the schedule.
Medicines and allergies
Tell the clinical team about all medicines, supplements and known allergies. Do not stop or change prescribed medicine solely because of information on this website; discuss changes with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Children, older adults and accessibility
A parent, guardian or responsible attendant should accompany a patient when appropriate. If you need mobility, communication or other accessibility assistance, inform IBP reception before the visit where possible.
Privacy
Provide accurate information and protect your appointment reference and mobile verification code. Patient information is handled through authorized hospital processes and should only be shared with staff involved in the service.
